About the role
- Permanent, full-time, remote position at CloudOne Digital (Liquid Web / Servers.com)
- Lead full-cycle B2B lifecycle marketing across acquisition, expansion, and retention for Enterprise ICPs
- Convert prospects into customers, increase ARPU through targeted upsell and cross-sell plays, and reduce churn
- Develop ICP-specific lifecycle strategies for email, SMS, and proactive live chat; map customer journeys
- Develop and manage audience segments; ensure data hygiene and integration between marketing automation and CRM
- Build, launch, and manage automated and ad hoc campaigns; code responsive HTML emails and configure lifecycle journeys
- Deploy proactive AI live chat triggers tied to ICP behaviors and lifecycle stages
- Monitor and optimize lifecycle KPIs (Net-New MRR, expansion MRR, attach rate, churn rate, NRR); run A/B tests
- Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Content, Creative, CRO, Product Marketing, and BI for alignment and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (SaaS, hosting, or ecommerce experience preferred)
- Proven track record building automated, multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, ICP-based marketing, and behavior-driven triggers
- Hands-on experience with CRM & email/SMS automation platforms (6Sense, Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, etc.)
- HTML/CSS skills for email coding
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and recommend optimizations accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills for working across marketing, product, and creative teams
