• Own Reliability Operations & Incident Command
• Continuously evolve and improve incident management, change management, and post-incident practices
• Establish clear standards for incident declaration, severity, escalation, and communication
• Ensure consistent execution across teams and continuous process improvement
• Own the incident command function, including roles, structure, and operating procedures
• Lead or oversee major incident response in a 24/7 production environment
• Build and manage on-call incident commander rotations with global coverage
• Own post-incident reviews, ensuring strong root cause analysis and clear documentation
• Translate incident trends into actionable reliability improvements
• Drive completion of corrective actions across teams; escalate when needed
• Define and maintain service performance and reliability targets (availability, latency, error rates)
• Own observability strategy, including monitoring, alerting, and signal quality
• Improve detection, reduce time to resolution, and increase platform resilience
• Partner with Engineering and Operations on capacity planning, patching, and lifecycle decisions
• Ensure reliability insights directly inform platform and infrastructure roadmaps
• Collaborate with Security on vulnerability response, patch prioritization, and compliance alignment
• Work across environments including virtualization platforms (VMware), distributed storage (Ceph), Linux-based systems, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Provide regular, data-driven reporting to leadership on availability, incident trends, and operational performance
• Act as the central authority on reliability insights across teams

Reliability Operations Manager

Performance Marketing

• Define target account segments in partnership with Growth, PMM, and Sales
• Build and maintain GTM playbooks by segment (who we target, how we reach them, and why it converts)
• Identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base and partner with Lifecycle and Sales to act on them
• Own the marketing-generated pipeline forecast and report on performance weekly/monthly
• Design and run account-based programs across your target account list
• Partner with Growth Media and Content to align channels, messaging, and timing
• Set clear success metrics for every program and make decisions quickly to scale or stop
• Ensure campaigns are coordinated across channels, not run in isolation
• Define BDR targeting priorities (which accounts, which personas, when)
• Partner on outbound messaging and sequence strategy
• Run a regular pipeline sync with BDR leadership to review performance and adjust
• Manage and develop a team of three across media, events, and coordination
• Set clear ownership, expectations, and performance standards
• Align closely with Lifecycle, Content, Web, and Partnerships to ensure consistent execution across teams
• Act as the point person for demand generation in cross-functional planning

Head of Demand Generation – Senior Manager

Platform Engineer

• Diagnose and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues, delivering timely and accurate solutions in a collaborative environment
• Design, implement, and support engineered solutions, platform services, and mission-critical systems
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to design solutions that meet functional, technical, and operational requirements
• Serve as an escalation point for advanced technical issues in alignment with team support policies
• Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional initiatives and interdepartmental projects
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to support and integrate key technologies
• Develop and maintain clear, scalable documentation for systems, products, and engineered solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through training, documentation, and informal mentorship
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Monitor, maintain, and audit software licensing and system compliance where applicable

Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of the maintenance release process, including sprint planning, development, QA, and release.
• Establish and manage expectations and success criteria for everyone on a project, including the team and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate project information, including status reporting, meeting actions, change requests, risk reports, issue logs, schedule, and budget performance charts, etc.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans, and managing project change lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to align resourcing and project delivery with overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Internal Stakeholder Demos, and other meetings.
• Perform meeting prep, prepare agendas, and handle all follow-ups.
• Set up and maintain tickets in the project management system.
• Coordinate resources and schedules across departments.
• Manage scope, budget, and timeline constraints and execution.
• Collaborate on department efforts to standardize project management methodologies.
• Streamline ops and onboarding / offboarding processes.

Business Development Rep

• Strategically identify, research, and evaluate prospective clients and market segments aligned with company growth initiatives
• Exercise independent judgment to qualify opportunities based on business need, buying signals, and alignment with the ideal customer profile
• Develop outreach strategies and engagement approaches tailored to prospect needs and business context
• Conduct consultative prospect conversations to understand organizational challenges and position appropriate solutions
• Advance qualified opportunities by coordinating discovery meetings, demonstrations, or strategic conversations with Sales leadership
• Analyze outreach effectiveness, pipeline health, and conversion trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and insights within CRM systems to support forecasting and strategic planning

• Develop strategic logic for account-based lifecycle stages and manage Lifecycle Marketing Manager’s roadmap.
