• Translate roadmap into actionable projects for engineering and design teams through thoughtful, expressive product requirements documents (PRDs). Follow these projects up with experiments and success metrics.

• Establish and monitor product metrics including accuracy, containment, task success rates, CSAT, and cost efficiency, and use them to guide decisions.

• Drive high-volume, highly-personalized outbound prospecting to generate net-new business opportunities.
• Use AI tools to enhance sourcing, research, prioritization, and message customization.

Performance Marketing

• Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number: Define the strategy, programs, and budget that deliver predictable growth aligned with business goals.
• Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages.
• Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to align on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting

• Report directly to the CEO and provide executive, administrative, project, and development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison to the Board, clients, internal team members, and senior management teams
