Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead FP&A. Own company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including scenario modeling to support strategic decisions and fundraising readiness.
• Drive strategic decisions. Contribute financial perspective on major initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, M&A evaluations, and geographic expansion.
• Partner with the business. Serve as a strategic finance partner to executives and department leaders on growth, operational efficiency, and capital allocation.
• Own performance metrics. Define and monitor the numbers that matter (gross margin, LTV/CAC, cash runway, NRR), and proactively surface risks and opportunities.
• Run financial reporting. Own monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and the board, with clear communication of results and drivers.
• Scale systems and processes. Evaluate and improve our financial systems and workflows for automation, accuracy, and scalability as we grow.

• Own and deepen relationships with our core distributors (Avant, Telarus, Intelisys) and key institutional practices.
• Build advisor mindshare through consistent enablement, co-selling, and a strong presence at events.
• Partner directly with advisors on active opportunities, providing the business and technical context they need to position Replicant effectively with customers.
• Drive sourced pipeline from first conversation through closed business, partnering closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase advisor engagement, referrals, and pipeline generation.
• Help shape the channel program as we scale, contributing to the playbooks, positioning, and processes that make partners successful.

Channel Development Manager

Performance Marketing

• Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number: Define the strategy, programs, and budget that deliver predictable growth aligned with business goals.
• Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages.
• Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to align on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting
• Set priorities and coach the team: Provide strategic guidance, setting KPIs, and creating accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Be a player-coach: While leading strategically, you’re comfortable stepping in to model excellence to help the team move faster and smarter.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams: Ensure messaging and campaigns are unified across all touchpoints and aligned to buyer needs.

Sales Engineer

• Work closely with the sales team to gather customer requirements
• Own the technical side of the sales process
• Identify technology trends in industry verticals
• Use visualization tools to illustrate AI Agent design, integration points, dataflow, and more
• Review and write API specifications for internal and external stakeholders
• Design and refine conversational AI agents by crafting, testing, and iterating on prompts to optimize performance, tone, and resolution quality
• Lead hands-on trials with prospects, using their call center data to demonstrate the value of Replicant’s platform
• Analyze conversational data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for automation or improvement
• Translate findings into clear narratives that resonate with business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure trial success and stakeholder alignment

Senior Sales Engineer

Product Marketing

• Develop industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with Replicant’s platform and product strategy. Create vertical-focused content and sales materials that support pipeline generation, expansion opportunities, and strategic customer conversations.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution, including enablement, GTM coordination, and post-launch optimization. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Engagement Managers, and Marketing to drive adoption across existing customers and successfully launch new solutions.
• Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including customer references, external case studies, internal “pocket stories,” and customer proof points that support Sales and Marketing efforts.
• Plan and support customer-facing programs, events, and customer speaking opportunities designed to strengthen customer relationships, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to prepare customers for sales calls, events, and strategic conversations. Ensure customer stories and insights are effectively integrated into go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with Brand and Demand Generation to amplify customer and industry narratives across campaigns, launches, and GTM programs. Build content that supports awareness, credibility, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
• Translate technical and product capabilities into clear customer narratives, industry messaging, and sales content that resonate with technical and business audiences. Partner with Product, Solutions, and GTM teams to communicate complex technology in a credible, customer-focused way.
