• Own the sourcing strategy across multiple functions and seniority levels, focusing on hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced sourcing platforms to identify and engage top talent

Talent Sourcer

Executive Assistant

• Report directly to the CEO and provide executive, administrative, project, and development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison to the Board, clients, internal team members, and senior management teams
• Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners—including highly confidential or critical matters
• Help manage the CEO’s time allocation, professional relationships, and priorities; act as gatekeeper of calendars and appointments
• Oversee complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
• Format information for internal and external communication; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication
• Arrange and handle logistics for leadership meetings and events: schedule meetings, draft agendas, record meeting notes, triage action items, and manage vendors for in-person events
• Troubleshoot conflicts; make judgment calls and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
• Manage prospect and customer interactions: track leads and next steps within the internal CRM
• Partner with the People team to ensure discretion in talent searches and assist in people-related initiatives

Artificial Intelligence

• Own conversation design for Replicant’s AI Agents, ensuring every call interaction is seamless, intuitive, and engaging, achieving high-quality UX for all personas
• Work directly with Replicant customers to discover their callers’ and their own unmet needs, crafting solutions that will help transform their businesses
• Use Replicant's platform to build the AI Agent that satisfies the defined requirements, making edits where required throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Partner with Engineers and Engagement Managers to develop requirements, enable integration of systems, and ensure that every AI Agent exceeds customer expectations and delivers the highest possible resolution
• Develop intent taxonomies that blend customer requirements and caller needs, to increase our AI Agents’ Natural Language Understanding performance, in partnership with our Machine Learning teams
• Use analytics & visualization tools to measure and improve conversational outcomes, owning the performance of the AI Agent through our Hypercare period
• Work with your peers to improve Replicant’s conversation design best practices through data-driven experimentation
• Engage with Replicant’s Product teams to evaluate and integrate new features into AI Agents, including reusable assets and tasks

Conversational AI Designer

Product Manager

• Replicant builds AI-powered conversation intelligence and AI agents for contact centers to resolve requests, identify issues, and improve agent performance
• Company AI agents handle millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 and high-growth customers, performing tasks like processing payments, booking appointments, and authenticating users
• Drive the vision and strategy for Replicant's agentic AI conversation platform and deliver differentiated automation products
• Engage with customers and end-users to understand needs and translate insights into product enhancements and new automation opportunities
• Lead initiatives for Conversation Automation product and translate vision into practical experiments and products
• Work with cross-functional Engineering, Design, Machine Learning, and GTM teams to deliver generative AI-powered solutions
• Define and measure business outcomes and metrics from deployed solutions
• Conduct research and competitive analysis in LLMs and AI to keep Replicant a leader in the space

Senior Product Manager

Product Marketing

• Replicant builds AI-first contact center platform with AI agents and conversation intelligence
• AI agents handle millions of calls monthly, processing payments, booking appointments, and authenticating users
• Lead strategic direction of product marketing, partnering across teams to inform product development, GTM strategy, and category design
• Serve as hands-on player-coach owning positioning, messaging, and broader go-to-market strategy; reports to the Chief Marketing Officer
• Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team; refine positioning and messaging; orchestrate market-defining launches
• Develop and execute GTM strategy, determine priority segments/use cases/personas, and drive sales enablement and launch execution
• Oversee pricing and packaging to commercialize offerings and reduce sales friction
