About the role
- Lead and oversee onsite parking operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Analyze location profit and loss to inform budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
- Identify and execute revenue generation strategies, including pricing and customer acquisition
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Coordinate parking logistics and operations for special events and high-traffic periods
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively address client concerns
- Identify business development opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
- Report to General Manager and collaborate with regional and corporate teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Proficient in location profit and loss analysis
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Event management experience is a plus
