About the role
- Lead parking operations in various locations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship
- Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations to inform budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and manage location profit and loss
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement revenue-generation strategies including pricing and customer acquisition
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues and ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods
- Maintain excellent client relationships, address inquiries, and proactively resolve concerns
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expand the client base
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Proficient in location profit and loss analysis
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Event management experience is a plus
- Client relationship management skills
