About the role
- Support and manage carrier settings within internal systems, including rate cards, service levels, and routing rules
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve complex technical integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange between our platforms and carrier systems
- Work directly with carriers to deeply understand their operations and translate those nuances into clear, actionable technical requirements for our internal teams
- Proactively address carrier-related issues and escalations to ensure timely resolution, and manage related Jira tickets
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for carrier integrations and operational processes
- Support strong relationships with our carrier partners, fostering open communication and collaborative partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related experience in a logistics or transportation-based role
- Proven experience with parcel and/or final mile carrier operations or transportation management
- Strong command and working experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) software
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple technical and operational priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical requirements and manage external carrier relationships
