About the role
- Lead parking operations across assigned locations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and set clear goals
- Analyze location profit and loss data to inform budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and identify revenue generation opportunities
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Coordinate parking logistics for special events and high-traffic periods
- Maintain excellent client relationships and proactively address client needs and concerns
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand client base and revenue streams
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; train staff to provide exceptional service
- Reports to Vice President
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Proficient in location profit and loss analysis
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Event management experience is a plus
- Client relationship management skills
- Business development and strategic thinking abilities
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Valid Driver License with good driving record
