About the role
- Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship
- Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations; manage location profit and loss, budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
- Identify revenue generation opportunities and implement pricing and customer acquisition strategies
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues; ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients; address inquiries and proactively resolve concerns
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expand the client base
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; train and develop staff
- Report to the Vice President
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Proficient in location profit and loss analysis
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Event management experience is a plus
- Client relationship management skills
- Business development and strategic thinking abilities
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Valid Driver License with good driving record
