Represent our organization in the maritime healthcare sector, addressing client needs, coordinating responses to medical incidents, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders
Own and nurture the relationship with our medical services provider partner, ensuring delivery on agreed SLAs and KPIs
Foster a strong, collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders
Provide overall ownership of our global clinic network
Ensure adherence to service level agreements across all location
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of account managers
Apply medical and management expertise to identify and implement continuous improvements
Requirements
Experience in maritime medicine and the maritime industry, especially cruise lines
Strong operational excellence skills for measuring and improving performance
People management experience and proven customer relationship management skills
Experience working as a Doctor or Nurse in the cruise industry
