About the role
- Assist customers with payment questions and troubleshoot issues
- Direct vehicles to the appropriate parking locations and control traffic flow
- Process parking fees during entry procedures and collect parking fees
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication and manage challenging customer interactions per site policies
- Identify and report safety concerns to direct supervisor
- Maintain and operate equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property manager during shift
- Act as front line employee and perform other duties assigned
- Work event-based shifts scheduled according to Tacoma Dome events; reliability required
- Wear company uniform and present a neat, well-groomed appearance
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language; be friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and be able to communicate effectively
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic Technical Education
- Customer Service Experience required
- Parking related Experience
- Ability to deal with irate customers and solve issues within site policies
- Responsible for maintaining and operating equipment during shift
- Must wear uniforms with company logo and maintain neat appearance
