About the role
- Assist customers with payment inquiries and the in/out parking process during events
- Process tickets and collect parking fees (cash, POS and validations)
- Document passes (visitor passes, validations, event tickets) in the logbook
- Prepare shift reports, sort tickets, and prepare shift bank deposit
- Manage challenging or irate customers and resolve issues within site policy
- Identify and report parking equipment deficiencies and safety concerns to direct supervisor
- Maintain and operate equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property manager
- Control lot revenues, perform revenue control sheets, and ensure accurate record keeping
- Litter pickup and shoveling/salting as required
- Log all issues/events and bring them to the attention of the direct supervisor
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear company uniform when on duty
- Report to Area Manager
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language; be friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of the parking equipment used at the site: Pay Stations, Ticket Dispensers, Exit Readers, Gate Machines
- Basic knowledge of both desk/handheld POS parking equipment used at the site
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic Technical Education
- Customer Service Experience required
- Parking related Experience
