About the role
- Assist customers with payment questions and troubleshoot issues
- Direct vehicles to the appropriate parking locations
- Process parking fees during entry procedures
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
- Manage challenging customer interactions professionally and adhere to site policies
- Identify and report safety concerns to direct supervisor
- Maintain and operate equipment belonging to Reimagined or the property manager during shift
- Act as a front line employee interacting face-to-face with customers
- Control tools and equipment required to perform duties
- Make suggestions and recommendations relating to job performance and consult with supervisors
- Other duties as assigned; be reliable and available for event-based shifts
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language; be friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and communicate effectively
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic Technical Education
- Customer Service Experience required
- Parking related Experience
- Ability to deal with irate customers and solve issues within site policy
- Must be organized
- Uniform with company logo/crest must be worn while on duty
