About the role
- Coordinate the onboarding of acquired companies into our systems (CRM, accounting, marketing assets) and ensure seamless transitions.
- Manage end-to-end operational readiness for new services, including CRM configuration, lead routing, legal documentation, and training rollout.
- Facilitate updates to and maintenance of a comprehensive portfolio of sales resources including playbooks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and quick-reference tools.
- Serve as the operational hub between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, and Processing teams to align timelines and remove blockers.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using available technology, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM execution in a global or hybrid sales environment.
- Experience supporting at least 5 M&A integration and rapid enablement rollouts.
- Ability to translate complex processes into simple, actionable steps for global teams and ensure adoption with minimal disruption.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools
- A knack for spotting gaps, proposing solutions, and continuously improving workflows.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
