Partner with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with client goals. Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, credibility, and measurable results. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and performance reports. Collaborate with research and strategy teams to translate insights into impactful campaigns. Monitor campaign metrics, problem-solve quickly, and adapt strategies to maximize performance. Identify new growth opportunities within client accounts, driving both client success and agency growth. Lead with accountability and extreme ownership, ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
Requirements
2–4+ years of account or project management experience (B2B or marketing preferred). Strong project management skills (experience with WRIKE a plus). Familiarity with marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social advertising. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A relentless drive for results and a team-win before self-win mindset.
