Design and execute event strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to map out and execute an annual event plan, prioritizing the right mix of 50+ conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and roundtables that align to business goals and target accounts.
Execute networking programs: Plan and deliver dozens of executive-level micro events annually, creating intimate settings that highlight Augie’s capabilities and foster valuable peer-to-peer discussions among C-suite decision makers.
Lead major trade show activations: Own Augment’s presence at top logistics conferences—including booth design and experience, speaking opportunities, executive roundtables, and VIP hospitality. Create a warm, welcoming environment for the brand and ensure Augment stands out from traditional industry approaches.
Manage end-to-end logistics: Oversee all details from venue selection and contract negotiation to catering, AV, guest list management, registration platforms, and on-site execution. Anticipate and troubleshoot issues to deliver flawless experiences.
Drive pre and post-event engagement and follow-up: Collaborate with Marketing on compelling event promotions, invitations, and post-event campaigns. Partner with Sales to ensure follow-up drives opportunities forward and strengthens executive relationships.
Measure impact: Define success metrics for every program. Track leads, pipeline contribution, attendance quality, and ROI to continually optimize event strategy.
Stay ahead of trends and experiment: Monitor the logistics and events landscape to identify emerging conferences, new formats, and bold, creative ways to reach decision makers.
Requirements
4+ years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience with proven business impact.
Ability to design strategy and execute both small executive events (5–15) and large conferences (500+).
Executive presence: skilled at engaging senior decision makers, building relationships, and representing the Augment brand with professionalism and confidence.
Strong project management—able to juggle multiple events, budgets, vendors, and details under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
Experience managing budgets, negotiating vendors, and tracking ROI.
Comfortable with 60%+ travel across North America (and occasionally internationally), including evenings and weekends.
