• Provide consultative recruitment support to hiring managers by developing and maintaining working relationships to understand current and future recruitment needs.
• Independently generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing channels, including: internal postings, Internet recruiting, proactive networking, employee referral, campus recruitment, job fairs and initiating other channels as appropriate.
