About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of 3 GG08 staff responsible for executing QARs.
  • Ensure stakeholder communications, including notifications and information requests, are accurate and timely.
  • Review and present preliminary results to the QAR Director before stakeholder socialization.
  • Provide one-up reviews and approvals for Working Papers.
  • Review draft Scope Documents and Final Reports before RCM Senior Director approval.
  • Support the team with stakeholder discussions.
  • Create and manage QAR-identified Issues to closure via the Enterprise Issues Management (EIM) system.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions independently when global time-zone limitations require it.
  • Assist the wider QAR team with continuous improvement, process changes, and annual planning initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (i.e. transferrable skills).
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding of RCM regulatory requirements and related methodologies.
  • Experience with conducting quality assurance reviews or control testing or assessments, particularly in a risk management/compliance context.
  • Certified audit/ compliance/risk management professional.
