Develop product positioning, messaging, and high-impact sales/marketing collateral, including case studies and white papers.
Own marketing performance against KPIs and OKRs; monitor, report, and provide proactive insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar senior leadership role, ideally within a B2B enterprise SaaS, fintech, or payments environment.
Demonstrable experience leading, managing, and developing a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
A strong track record of creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
Extensive experience across the full marketing mix, including demand generation, events, product marketing, brand, and communications.
Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of an organisation.
Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and managing significant marketing budgets.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in using metrics to optimise campaigns and strategy.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce).
