Chief Marketing Officer

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global marketing team across demand generation, events, content, and product marketing.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that supports revenue growth and positions Ravelin as an industry leader.
• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximising ROI.
• Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team and report directly to the CEO, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to create integrated go-to-market plans and co-branded partner collateral.
• Champion the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across marketing and business decisions.
• Optimise and scale marketing frameworks, processes, and infrastructure; manage external agencies, freelancers, and technology partners.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and high-impact sales/marketing collateral, including case studies and white papers.
• Own marketing performance against KPIs and OKRs; monitor, report, and provide proactive insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
