Data Scientist

• Work directly with clients to provide fraud analytics and ML model insights
• Analyse datasets with millions of rows to identify fraud patterns, trends and emerging threats to improve client performance
• Discuss specific fraud problems with clients, in order to deeply understand how they manifest and to propose effective and elegant solutions
• Prepare reports and present findings of analysis to clients when required
• Identify new model features and improve model performance
• Optimise the performance of our graph networks using network analysis
• Get hands on experience with our cloud infrastructure and make the most of the available tools for enhancing our clients’ data and performance

Junior Data Scientist – Investigations

Marketing

• Drive GTM Strategy & Lead Generation: You will turn our partners into lead generators, working hand-in-hand with our Channel Success Managers to build the Go-To-Market strategy. You will identify where the revenue opportunities lie and make campaigns happen to capture them.
• Create Scalable Partner Enablement: You will build the marketing "operating system" for partner success. This means creating content that is scalable and easy to use, whether that’s crafting combined value messaging, one-pagers, pitch decks, videos, or battlecards that enable sellers both internally and externally.
• Own Campaign Execution: You will own the delivery of channel-driven marketing campaigns alongside our partners. From regional roadshows and webinars to co-branded content, you will manage the logistics and strategy to ensure these initiatives deliver tangible pipeline.
• Be the Strategic Connector: You will be the main point of contact for all things marketing for our partners. You will constantly collaborate with other members of the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, while weighing in on the marketing side of our wider partnership plans to ensure we are managing partner perceptions and maximizing growth.

• Work directly with our clients to guide them through the integration process from start to finish, understand their payment flows, and highlight relevant product features.
• Proactively carry out regular data quality checks and data wrangling throughout the integration process.
• Stay ahead in client communications to manage expectations.
• Collaborate with our Data Scientists, Data Engineering and Product teams to decide on the most appropriate approach for the client, based on what the client is trying to achieve.
• Be a problem solver - getting a client integration across the line often requires getting two very different systems to work with each other.
• Document the working methods and specific integration details for each client in order to share knowledge internally.
