Lead the Docupdate product line with full ownership over performance including product strategy, go-to-market execution, operational excellence, and commercial success.
Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Docupdate; own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, growth, sales, customer success) to deliver high-quality product experiences and ensure timely execution from ideation to launch.
Implement agile product development practices and foster a culture of experimentation and iteration.
Deeply understand HCP and pharma stakeholder needs through research, interviews, and data; champion user experience to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Work closely with commercial and sales teams to define product features that support pharma partnerships, ensure ethical/regulatory alignment, and identify monetization opportunities.
Build and mentor a high-performing product team and foster a collaborative, inclusive, mission-driven product culture.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product, general management, or strategy roles, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or B2B2C environments.
Proven success owning and scaling a product or business unit with P&L responsibility.
Deep understanding of physician workflows, pharma engagement models, and healthcare data.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred.
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
