About the role

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to account growth—while fostering long-term client partnerships.
  • Research-Driven Selling: research industry, goals, challenges to enter meetings prepared with insights.
  • Technical & Efficiency Tools Mastery: leverage AI, automation, and relevant tools (e.g. ChatGPT, HubSpot/LinkedIn AI, lowcode platforms).
  • Lead Generation: build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Qualify leads to fit Accelerated Focus’s target profile and keep momentum high.
  • Deal Management: own the lifecycle of deals, track key milestones, surface risks early, and document success criteria.
  • Proposal Quality & Communication Excellence: deliver polished, carefully structured proposals and written communications.
  • Customer Onboarding: ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery and clarify expectations and goals.
  • Account Growth & Management: nurture existing accounts to uncover upsell or cross sell opportunities and develop account plans.
  • OutSystems Collaboration: work closely with OutSystems Account Executives to qualify joint opportunities.
  • Social Media & Brand Presence: actively engage on social networks (especially LinkedIn) to build visibility and aid lead generation.
  • CRM Data Discipline: maintain accurate, up-to-date information in HubSpot; log all deal stages and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B IT professional services sales, consulting or project delivery roles.
  • Experience with lowcode platforms (OutSystems is a big plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI/automation tools for efficiency (research, proposals, communication).
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar), especially maintaining data quality.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (emails, proposals, chats) with high attention to detail.
  • Active professional presence on LinkedIn or other relevant networks.
  • Postsecondary background in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity & Research Mindset: ability to dig deep into prospects’ business and prepare thoroughly.
  • Consultative Selling & Alignment: get to their “Why,” align solutions to measurable success.
  • Challenger Sales Philosophy: teach, tailor, take control; build trust, lead with insights.
  • Lead Generation Skill: build/qualify pipeline, use tools intelligently.
  • Communication & Writing Excellence: high standard in all written communication.
  • Advanced Technical / Tool Proficiency: using AI + lowcode platform knowledge.
  • Deal & Project Coordination: keep milestones, success metrics, deadlines, teams aligned.
