Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market level prospects across the brokerage sector, presenting the company's digital marketing solution for Real Estate/Brokerage
Lead the full sales cycle: cold outbound calls, prospecting, discovery, consultative solution selling, negotiation and closing
Develop intelligent client strategies and demonstrate real value to prospects
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders within brokerages (marketing, operations, leadership)
Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams across US and Australia to meet client needs
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in the CRM (HubSpot)
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales
At least 2 years in a mid-market or solutions sales role
Strong understanding of real estate, brokerage models, or PropTech highly desirable
Demonstrated success building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing five-figure deals
Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently in a remote environment
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
