About the role

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts
  • Define and track KPIs across the revenue funnel (pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention)
  • Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tools (Hubspot preferred)
  • Partner with leadership on quota models, territory planning, and comp structures
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and data quality
  • Lead process improvements and change management initiatives
  • Create documentation and best practices to support scale

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or similar (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
  • Strong CRM and analytics skills
  • Experience building forecasts, dashboards, and process workflows
  • Data-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
