About the role

  • Generate leads and close sales in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business Administration or related
  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the same field and territory
  • Experience in the lighting industry (must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driving license required
