About the role
- Own the full sales process: from prospecting to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers across key verticals
- Localise and represent Two’s brand in the Dutch market and help shape the local go-to-market approach
- Drive outbound sales activity and manage inbound lead qualification
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, articulating the value of Two’s B2B payment solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, risk, and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Act as the voice of the Dutch customer internally, providing insights to inform product and sales strategy
- Maintain a well-organised and accurate pipeline in CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and deliver clear sales forecasting
- Own onboarding handover and work closely with Chief Commercial Officer and wider European sales team to grow Two’s presence in the Netherlands
- Work remotely while being based in the Netherlands
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS)
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Hunter mindset and hunger, willingness to continuously generate new contacts and leads, while progressing the more mature ones
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you know how to tailor your message to different audiences
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed—you’re always looking for ways to improve and grow
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
