Account Executive

• Own the full sales process: from prospecting to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers across key verticals
• Localise and represent Two’s brand in the Dutch market and help shape the local go-to-market approach
• Drive outbound sales activity and manage inbound lead qualification
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, articulating the value of Two’s B2B payment solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, risk, and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Act as the voice of the Dutch customer internally, providing insights to inform product and sales strategy
• Maintain a well-organised and accurate pipeline in CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and deliver clear sales forecasting
• Own onboarding handover and work closely with Chief Commercial Officer and wider European sales team to grow Two’s presence in the Netherlands
• Work remotely while being based in the Netherlands

• Be the first point of contact for prospective customers and help them discover the value of Two’s offering
• Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
• Book discovery calls and collaborate closely with Sales Managers and the Chief Commercial Officer to build regional pipelines
• Build a deep understanding of Two’s products, customer segments, and value propositions
• Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
• Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM

Sales Development Representative

• Part-time (around 20h/week); mix of onsite and remote in Oslo
• Work at Two — Nordic fintech aiming to become the world’s largest B2B payment solution by 2027
• Play a key role helping customers succeed; learn by doing and make a real impact
• Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving; Communicate effectively with clients and team members; Manage tasks proactively and take ownership of projects
