About the role
- Support in building, optimising, and scaling Two’s financing infrastructure across markets
- Assist with day-to-day capital markets operations, including monitoring facility utilisation, forecasting liquidity needs, and preparing materials for existing and prospective financing partners
- Develop automation for financing workflows, including reporting, data extraction, reconciliation, and internal tooling to increase speed and accuracy of capital markets processes
- Conduct financial risk analysis across portfolios, products, and markets, including credit, concentration, and liquidity risk assessments
- Produce financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and other strategic analysis to support decision-making across capital markets, product, and strategy
- Support in the creation of monthly management accounts and automate the production of key financial statements and internal dashboards.
- Assist with process improvements and internal controls related to financial reporting, treasury operations, and receivables management.
- Contribute to the development of Two’s long-term financing structure, including forward-flow arrangements, securitisation preparation, and optimisation of capital efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams on regulatory analysis, new-market evaluations, and product implications for capital and liquidity
- Prepare materials and analysis for external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, banks, and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Economics, Economic Analysis, or similar (etc.) with strong academic results.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to digest complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Drive & Work Ethic: You are a self-starter with a high work capacity, willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated Ambition: A track record of achievement and commitment is highly valued, for example through involvement in student organisations, competitive sports, etc.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Excel and a general comfort with financial systems is beneficial. Specific tool experience is not required, but a strong interest in learning new software is an advantage.
- Communication: Fluent in Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
