About the role
- Own the order-to-invoice cycle end-to-end for key retail partners.
- Manage full sales order process from purchase order entry to invoicing.
- Track and organize incoming sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle credit card disputes and refunds within defined policies.
- Monitor EDI/API interfaces to ensure orders and invoices flow correctly.
- Coordinate delivery logistics with key partners.
- Review and resolve API transaction issues weekly to keep invoice data complete and accurate.
- Troubleshoot recurring errors and escalate clearly to IT when needed.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to keep processes connected.
- Assist in analyzing retail sales and usage trends across Rapsodo’s software and subscription products.
- Provide insights that help sales, marketing, and product teams improve subscription growth and retention initiatives.
- Gain exposure to global order management, EDI/API processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Open to recent graduates and up to 5 years of related work experience.
- Prior experience in sales operations, logistics, or SaaS/subscription analytics is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail — notice small things and take pride in accuracy.
- Works well in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers and curious about data trends.
- Clear communicator — able to explain operational issues and data insights simply.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRMs a plus.
- Prior experience with Order Entry Systems or SPS also a plus.
