About the role
- Assist in processing purchase requisition, purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
- Support vendor onboarding and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements.
- Track and report on procurement metrics and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tools.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, and operational support to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, operations, or administrative support (internships or project experience is acceptable).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude.
