Drive product adoption and market success by transforming product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions
Develop deep expertise in target healthcare personas, workflows, and decision-making criteria
Collaborate with product manager and marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to inform positioning and GTM strategies
Translate technical features into business value tailored for healthcare buyers through hands-on product involvement
Plan launches of net-new products and releases and manage cross-functional implementation of launch plans
Partner with sales enablement to deliver training, collateral, and tools aligned to the buyer journey
Collaborate with the Senior Content Writer to ensure tone, voice, and messaging consistency
Identify and lead strategic content initiatives (whitepapers, webinars, landing pages) by engaging SMEs and stakeholders
Ensure alignment of all internal materials to buyer stages and healthcare personas
Track ROI and measure effectiveness of GTM activities; develop long-term strategies while anticipating market trends
Requirements
5+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or strategic content roles in healthcare
Background in SaaS, B2B, or healthcare technology highly preferred
Strong storytelling, copy strategy, and research skills
Experience collaborating across product, sales, and creative teams
Proficiency with frameworks (positioning matrix, buyer personas, JTBD, messaging maps)
Comfort using AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude)
RT or MTech credentials will be beneficial
Deep understanding of radiology workflows, decision-makers (radiologists, imaging IT, health systems), and AI regulatory and reimbursement environments
Public speaker, comfortable in front of large, and senior groups (nice to have)
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, MDR, FDA) (nice to have)
Experience using product analytics and growth experimentation (A/B testing, adoption funnels) (nice to have)
