Drive the vision and strategy for Replicant's agentic AI conversation platform and deliver differentiated automation products
Engage with customers and end-users to understand needs and translate insights into product enhancements and new automation opportunities
Lead initiatives for Conversation Automation product and translate vision into practical experiments and products
Work with cross-functional Engineering, Design, Machine Learning, and GTM teams to deliver generative AI-powered solutions
Define and measure business outcomes and metrics from deployed solutions
Conduct research and competitive analysis in LLMs and AI to keep Replicant a leader in the space
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and company leadership
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience with a track record of exceptional product delivery that delighted customers
An owner mentality that is willing to get into the weeds to ensure the right product is delivered
Deep data orientation with experience making data driven decisions including defining the right KPIs and setting aggressive goals
Experience bringing structure to unstructured bodies of work, developing strategy, and adapting to change
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice-to-have: 1+ years experience in AI/ML
