About the role
- Own and scale the Google Ads strategy end to end
- Turn clicks into qualified leads and measurable revenue
- Drive intent-based acquisition with keyword and targeting optimisation
- Analyse performance in GA4 and Google Ads, ensuring accurate attribution via GTM
- Provide data-driven insights that shape strategy and decision-making
- Work with content, product, and sales teams to align messaging with ICPs
- Contribute to ad creative and landing pages tailored to SaaS buyer needs
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years managing Google Ads, ideally in B2B SaaS with both PLG and SLG models
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation landscapes
- Proven track record in optimising for LTV, pipeline, ROAS, and retention
- Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
- Experience managing large budgets and reporting results across teams
- A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on experimentation that delivers impact
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- (Desirable) Paid social or display campaign experience
- (Desirable) Knowledge of no-code or low-code solutions
- (Desirable) Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot
