About the role
- Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic platforms
- Own paid acquisition end-to-end: strategy, keyword research, bid management, creative testing, and conversion optimization
- Implement and maintain attribution models, UTM governance, and multi-touch tracking for accurate CAC and ROAS
- Rapidly design, run, and iterate growth experiments across paid, SEO, and organic channels
- Design and optimize full-funnel user journeys from ad click to activation, upsell, and retention
- Build high-converting landing pages (Framer preferred) and run A/B & multivariate tests to improve conversion
- Monitor and improve SEO performance; iterate on content and site structure
- Analyze behavioral data (GA4, PostHog) to identify friction and improve UX
- Define content and GTM strategies; write SEO-optimized copy for ads, landing pages, and long-form content
- Own organic content engine: keyword research, topic clustering, publishing, and backlink outreach
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-performing static, video, and motion creatives
- Build and manage lifecycle, email, and CRM automation flows for onboarding, retention, upsell, winback, and referrals
- Manage email infrastructure and deliverability; design personalized drip campaigns and cold-to-warm sequences
- Connect CRM with product and ad platforms for real-time retargeting and lead nurturing
- Run scrappy, low-cost acquisition experiments; own co-marketing, affiliate/influencer campaigns, and community growth
- Support hiring, documentation, and team processes; work closely with founders to scale growth
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B SaaS performance marketing
- You’ve taken a B2B SaaS from $0 to $1–5M ARR
- Case studies with measurable impact across CPC, CVR, CAC, pipeline, MRR
- Proven track record managing meaningful ad budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Experience launching and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, programmatic
- End-to-end paid acquisition skills: keyword research, bid strategy, creative testing, conversion optimization
- Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to speed up execution
- Experience optimizing funnels and landing pages using CRO best practices
- Hands-on with tools like GA4, Framer, PostHog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Experience with email marketing platforms, deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), segmentation, and lifecycle flows
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar tools
- Proven track record in SEO strategy, content production, and backlink outreach
- Excellent copywriting and design instincts; experience producing ad creatives (Figma, Canva, CapCut)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and behavioral analysis (GA4, PostHog)
- Ability to implement attribution models, UTM governance, and multi-touch tracking
