Wing Assistant

Sales Development Rep

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities and serve as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
• Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and make strategic outbound touches daily to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals and business model; master the Wing story and articulate our value in offloading repetitive work, scaling teams affordably, and increasing capacity and revenue.
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, and ensure smooth handoffs that convert into opportunities and closed-won deals.
• Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web, and other sources; keep clean, accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Proactively stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape, and share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and cadences.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and collections follow-up
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reporting and provide analysis/insights
• Handle contract administration
• Review timesheets and support payroll processing
• Create SOPs and document processes

Bookkeeper, AP/AR, Financial Reporting

Ecommerce

• Manage order processing and customer service across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Michaels, Etsy, and Faire
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues via email
• Monitor and manage existing AI agents/automations, including handling workflow edge cases (training will be provided)
• Coordinate daily communication and task updates through WhatsApp, Slack, and ClickUp

E-commerce Support – Automation Assistant

Full-stack Engineer

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive UI/UX features and ensure consistent brand/application look and feel
• Optimize web pages for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end technologies
• Design and maintain databases (SQL or NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and scalability
• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate model outputs, leveraging microservices or serverless architectures as needed
• Implement third-party integrations (payment services, cloud providers, or AI APIs) to enhance platform capabilities
• Partner with ML/AI Engineers to surface AI-driven insights and automate domain-specific tasks
• Contribute to system design discussions, ensuring the front end, back end, and data layers cohesively meet product requirements
• Assist in setting up continuous integration and delivery pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Deploy and manage containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Monitor application health, implement logging, and handle on-call duties for mission-critical issues
• Work in short, iterative development cycles to quickly prototype new features, gather feedback, and refine solutions
• Be prepared to pivot quickly based on user feedback or changes in the product direction
• Follow secure coding guidelines and employ best practices like input validation, encryption, and role-based access control
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with data protection policies (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) as required by specific domains
• Work with LLMs to produce qualitative and quantitative evaluations on content

Full Stack Developer – MERN, LLMs

Events

• Plan and execute a calendar of in-person experiences: founder dinners, executive roundtables, thought leadership salons, suite takeovers, and presence at 3–4 major conferences per quarter
• Design creative off-program experiences around major conferences that pull high-value prospects out of the noise and into a real conversation
• Run larger productions when the moment calls for it, 30 to 50-person thought leadership dinners, topical salons, curated industry nights
• Identify the right events, venues, and audiences to put our founders and execs in front of high-fit buyers
• Own end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, invite lists, vendor management, on-site execution, follow-up
• Curate small, sharp guest lists, the goal is the right 6–10 people in the room, not 200 badges scanned
• Partner with sales to convert event attendees into qualified pipeline and closed customers
• Build repeatable playbooks for each event type so the motion compounds and becomes hand-offable as the team grows
• Deploy budget thoughtfully, you’ll have real capital to spend, and we’ll expect a clear case for ROI
• Report on pipeline sourced, CAC per event, and revenue influenced
