Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written English, clear, warm, and fast (most of this job is writing to customers)
- 2+ years in customer support, customer service, virtual assistance, or BPO
- Comfortable working US hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Calm and clear when things get busy or stressful
- Organized, you can juggle many conversations without dropping any
- Comfortable learning new support and chat tools
- Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup internet plan
