• Utilize expert-level critical thinking to deconstruct complex software behaviors, isolate root causes, and recreate bugs in test environments.
• Lead the response for high-impact service disruptions affecting the Enterprise base, ensuring rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Provide a premium support experience for VIP accounts, acting as the technical "face of Raintree" during high-stakes interactions.
• Dedicate 20% of your time to developing those around you, elevating the department's collective knowledge.
• Lead the creation, curation, and maintenance of a robust Knowledge Base to drive self-service and improve First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Identify systemic challenges in products or processes and proactively propose data-driven improvement strategies.
• Maintain impeccable case records, ensuring HIPAA compliance, data security, and clear follow-up commitments.

Senior Product Support Specialist – Enterprise RCM

• Act as the key source of knowledge for our enterprise base when it comes to complex technical issues across Practice Management, Clinical, and Billing/Financial domains, with an emphasis on the EMR and clinicals.
• Utilize expert-level critical thinking to deconstruct complex software behaviors, isolate root causes, and recreate bugs in test environments.
• Participate in the response for high-impact service disruptions affecting the Enterprise base, ensuring rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Provide a premium support experience for VIP accounts, acting as the technical "face of Raintree" during high-stakes interactions.
• Dedicate 10% of your time to developing those around you, elevating the department's collective knowledge.

Senior Product Support Specialist – Enterprise Clinicals

• Join Raintree for a 10-week immersive Summer Internship.
• Dive into every facet of the employee lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
• Champion critical processes, from data integrity and compliance to overall employee experience.
• Help manage the end-to-end pre-boarding process to ensure new hires have their equipment, access, and welcome materials ready for day one.
• Shadow and help conduct new hire orientation.
• Audit employment documents for federal compliance and ensure digital employee files are accurate and up to date.
• Help manage general HR correspondence, verification requests, and administrative workflows.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively source top-tier candidates and build strong talent pipelines for open roles.
• Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, including milestone celebrations and rewards distribution.
• Assist in drafting and curating content for company-wide newsletters and updates.
