About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for internal APIs, authentication, access control, & inter-domain integration
Partner with domain Product Managers and Platform Engineering to design reusable services
Champion platform reliability and security working closely with engineering teams
Conduct in-depth user research and data analysis to understand user needs
Define KPIs and adoption metrics for platform components
Facilitate cross-domain prioritization and sequencing of foundational platform work
Lead iterative delivery and proactively manage technical risks
Translate technical strategy into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
Advocate for reusability and internal developer experience that supports feature teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Product Management experience
Strong background in distributed architecture and platform or infrastructure product management
Technically astute with familiarity in SaaS, EMR, or healthcare technology companies
Deep understanding of identity management, access control frameworks, event-driven architecture, and API ecosystem design
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements
Experience in governance frameworks balancing flexibility with consistency across teams
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience
