Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant in an employment agency is essential.
- Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management.
- A solid record of consistent placements and commission earnings.
- Experience managing a busy and varied recruitment desk.
- Track record of placing junior to mid-level professionals and graduates.
- Experience partnering with SMEs and corporate clients.
- Tech-savvy and confident using ATS systems.
- You are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about people and purpose.
- You are collaborative and a team player.
- You demonstrate professionalism in all communication.
- You take accountability and ownership of your work.
- You enjoy business development, you like to chase and win.
- You communicate clearly and confidently.
