About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for center staff and providers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for joint venture partners regarding provider hiring needs, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and timelines.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates between Talent Acquisition and Operations leadership.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in key markets to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to inform decisions and demonstrate results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience or account management/sales management experience.
- 1+ year of healthcare industry experience.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders independently.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills to meet hiring targets under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated use of recruitment metrics to drive performance and outcomes.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including proactive outreach and internet research.
