Source and attract veterinary specialists through outreach, conferences, networking, and social media
Partner closely with hospital leadership across the EVG network to align candidate goals with hospital needs
Ensure a seamless, white glove candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding – this includes travel with candidates as they visit our hospital teams
Represent EVG at industry events, universities, and conferences—sharing our mission and growing our talent pipeline
Maintain organized candidate records and communications through our ATS/CRM system (Greenhouse)
Requirements
3+ years of specialty veterinary recruiting experience is required
A relationship-builder who thrives on personal connections and delivering exceptional experiences
Strong communicator—professional, approachable, and trustworthy
Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple searches across regions
Experienced with ATS/CRM platforms and proactive sourcing methods
Willingness to travel to hospitals and industry events – Approximately 15-20% travel
Candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone within an hour of an airport
