- Effectively identify and attract G&A and Customer Team candidates
- Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across high priority roles
- Engage exceptional candidates, vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes
- Partner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve recruiting processes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience of sourcing experience on business roles
- Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and strive for excellence
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership
- Strong experience with ATS systems, ideally Ashby
