About the role
- Partner with Product Management, Researchers, and Engineering to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and prioritize design efforts
- Collect domain knowledge to inform solutions and advocate for user research
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles to ensure products are usable for diverse user groups
- Define and maintain high-quality interaction design, UX writing & content for consistent user experience
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to refine and implement low- and high-fidelity designs
- Establish scalable design patterns and maintain the design system
- Facilitate design critiques and workshops and stay informed on industry trends and regulatory demands
- Champion a design-first mindset, mentor others, and manage projects autonomously
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and systems thinking
- Experience working in mission-driven or complex product environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
