About the role
- Dutch is transforming veterinary care by making expert treatment accessible anytime, anywhere. We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can move seamlessly between brand, product, and marketing design. Bring bold creative ideas to the table, turn them into visually striking work, and shape design systems that keep us scaling. Hands-on role executing at a high level while setting the bar for collaboration and creative excellence. Work closely with Creative Director, product designers, external vendors, and front-end engineers. Maintain design systems in Figma and design brand assets for marketing channels. Lead creative testing, sit in on user interviews, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and process leadership A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work Demonstrated experience in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, motion design, layouts & grids, and color theory Skilled in creating and implementing design systems that drive brand consistency and scalability across various touch points, including marketing and product experiences Experience communicating strategic thinking and design decisions to a variety of partners Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma Experience working closely with engineers, copywriters, and product managers Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
