• Partner with engineering and product leads to scope, plan, and track deliverables with rigor and transparency.

• Set the vision and manage execution of integrated consumer marketing strategy to drive consumer acquisition and engagement across all marketing touchpoints such as paid media, site, OOH, partnerships, social, etc.
• Define target market, segments, addressable audience, and target penetration, partnering closely with consumer insights.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to shape the campaign messaging framework and roll product launch moments into the umbrella of the campaign
• Lead and scale the marketing team (performance, brand, creative, lifecycle) while establishing processes, tools, and metrics for efficiency and accountability.

• THE ROLE: We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own and evolve the full member experience at Dutch—from vet consultations to product purchases and account management. You’ll be responsible for creating a seamless, high-converting journey that keeps our members engaged and supported throughout their time with us. You’ll lead the strategy and execution for key parts of our business—call scheduling and messaging flows, shopping and checkout experiences, and member account functionality. You’ll also shape our future mobile app and play a critical role in how we use data to drive retention and product insights.

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can move seamlessly between brand, product, and marketing design.
Bring bold creative ideas to the table, turn them into visually striking work, and shape design systems that keep us scaling.
Hands-on role executing at a high level while setting the bar for collaboration and creative excellence.
Work closely with Creative Director, product designers, external vendors, and front-end engineers.
Maintain design systems in Figma and design brand assets for marketing channels.
Lead creative testing, sit in on user interviews, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
