Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full P&L for Dutch’s ecommerce business
Proactively identify the highest-value opportunities for product sales
Define and evolve the product assortment strategy across both prescription and OTC categories
Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and emerging product categories
Partner deeply with Dutch's AI team to build a personalized product recommendation engine
Lead the full reimagination of Dutch’s product storefront
Own the merchandising strategy
Manage the product catalog lifecycle
Continuously scout for hot new products, emerging brands, and category innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in product management in ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer product businesses
Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and managing to margin and profitability targets
Deep comfort with data
Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and data science teams
Strong commercial instincts
Exceptional drive and self-motivation
Curiosity that does not quit
