About the role
- Plan and lead the design process to ensure solutions are born out of understanding client challenges
- Responsible for content, context and customer journey integration into designs
- Inspire colleagues and lead by example; help team members improve understanding of customer journey
- Plan and carry out research to inform design process; challenge assumptions; take part in UX/Discovery/Strategy workshops
- Work closely with Development team to ensure technical feasibility and early collaboration
- Collaborate with multiple global clients to refine and improve digital experiences
- Participate in planning, research and design of digital experiences including websites and mobile apps for new clients
- Understand requirements using user/stakeholder research, customer experience maps, personas, user journeys and conduct user testing
- Create High and Low-Fi mock-ups and prototypes
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
- Develop expertise in technology and in communicating complex concepts to non-tech stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital agencies or outsource companies, designing websites, mobile applications, and complex digital products
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro
- Strong sense of visual design and typography, with a portfolio demonstrating both creativity and attention to detail
- Solid experience working with and building Design Systems, and a deep understanding of UX best practices in complex product development environments
- Ability to run discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Highly collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring less experienced designers and contributing to team-wide best practices
- Capable of influencing product strategy by balancing user needs with business goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, able to confidently communicate and defend design decisions to clients and senior stakeholders
- Proactive, flexible, and able to move seamlessly between high-level product vision and detailed UI execution
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
