- Design and execute end-to-end generative and evaluative research that informs roadmap and design decisions.
- Drive cross-functional research programs tied to Rula’s company-level AI experience strategy.
- Become a trusted advisor to leadership and product teams on the most complex patient experience questions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience in product organizations
- Expertise in generative and evaluative methods, across both qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience researching AI/ML-powered experiences (e.g., trust, explainability, human-AI collaboration)
- Strong communicator who can synthesize insights into clear, strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners
- (Preferred) Experience in high-growth consumer tech or healthcare/wellness
- (Preferred) Familiarity with large-scale experimentation and lean innovation teams
- (Preferred) Thought leadership in AI/UX research (e.g., talks, publications)
- (Preferred) Hands-on experience with speech, multimodal, or conversational interfaces
