About the role
- Lead strategic UX design efforts and shape digital experiences within TRATON Group R&D
- Mentor junior colleagues and foster a design-driven culture
- Collaborate across disciplines (engineers, product managers, business stakeholders) to build intuitive, efficient tools
- Work in a cross-functional team dedicated to improving collaboration and creating user-centered solutions within the TRATON ecosystem
- Influence product strategy and deliver hands-on design outcomes in an international, dynamic environment
- Gain exposure to the wider transportation industry through TRATON Group
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex or enterprise environments
- Expertise in end-to-end design: research, ideation, prototyping, validation
- Informal leadership experience and ability to mentor junior designers
- Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, user flows, and impactful case studies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product strategy
- Willingness to work in cross-functional, international teams
