Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the financial forecast and budgeting process, including long-range planning, scenario modeling, and underlying models; track performance against targets and address variances to keep the company on track
• Oversee monthly reporting packages and variance analysis across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages for executive leadership and the board, translating complex financial data into clear strategic narratives
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
• Partner with senior leadership on capital allocation and strategic investment decisions, providing the financial rigor and scenario analysis needed to deploy resources effectively
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to the FP&A team, ensuring they achieve their goals and grow professionally
• Partner with Accounting to align on the close process, ensure accurate actuals handoff, and continuously improve the speed and quality of financial reporting
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Sales, and Marketing - embedding financial transparency, improving forecast accuracy, and driving measurable ROI across business units
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to surface customer trends that sharpen forecast accuracy and proactively flag risks and opportunities

Director of FP&A

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, building lasting relationships and ensuring customers achieve their desired goals and outcomes with Radicle products.
• Serve as a Product Knowledge Expert, helping customers adopt effective workflows and address needs by leveraging system functionality and/or referring to internal subject matter experts
• Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize customer issues and inquiries with other team members
• Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize the value of Radicle products.
• Monitor customer engagement and usage through dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
• Document customer status, needs, activities, communications, and organizational changes in Salesforce and/or other customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing product value, selling add-on services and modules, and offering consultative and training services
• Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers to ensure contracts are renewed on time, providing accurate forecasting throughout the renewal process.
• Achieve net revenue retention targets
• Attend promotional events at industry related conferences

Accountant

• Assist in the monthly and quarterly accounting close processes, including preparing analyses of financial information, preparing journal entries and maintaining supporting schedules
• Conduct period-over-period variance analyses and provide clear, conclusive explanations for material fluctuations
• Maintain balance sheet account reconciliations, including activity review and discrepancy resolution for key areas including prepaids, fixed assets, accrued compensation, general accrued expense accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Regularly collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to research, resolve and communicate findings on accounting-related questions regarding business transactions and other non-routine matters
• Oversee full cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies or issues proactively
• Assist with financial reporting and support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
