Manager

• Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, denials management, collections, and reporting
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure SaaS platform functionality aligns with best practices in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Manage payer relationships and ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific billing requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in revenue cycle operations

Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Implementation Specialist

• Guide new and existing customers through onboarding, providing project management, consultation, system configuration, training, and support.
• Serve as a product expert to customer caseload and internal teams, providing consultation on best practice recommendations.
• Communicate regularly with customers to facilitate system setup via web meetings and email.
• Work alongside Customer Enablement and Customer Experience teams to serve customers.
• Participate in customer training initiatives; occasional travel to conferences, on-site training, or other events as needed.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and follow HIPAA and internal policies when communicating.

Product Designer

• Partner with Product Management, Researchers, and Engineering to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and prioritize design efforts
• Collect domain knowledge to inform solutions and advocate for user research
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles to ensure products are usable for diverse user groups

Senior Product Designer

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market accounts, building lasting relationships and ensuring customers achieve their desired goals and outcomes with Radicle products.
• Serve as a Product Knowledge Expert, helping customers adopt effective workflows and address needs by leveraging system functionality and/or referring to internal subject matter experts.
• Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize customer issues and inquiries with other team members.
• Educate mid-market customers on best practices and new features to maximize the value of Radicle products.
• Monitor customer engagement and usage through dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
• Document customer status, needs, activities, communications, and organizational changes in Salesforce and/or other CRM tools.
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing product value, selling add-on services and modules, and offering consultative and training services.
• Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers to ensure contracts are renewed on time, providing accurate forecasting throughout the renewal process.
• Achieve net revenue retention targets.
• Attend promotional events at industry related conferences.
• Work closely with the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional service, achieve revenue targets, and support long-term customer retention.
• Manage complex mid-market or enterprise accounts and scale adoption and revenue within this segment.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close for mid-market accounts.
• Generate pipeline through targeted outreach and execution of ABM campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Engage multiple stakeholders across executive, clinical, and operational teams to build consensus and urgency.
• Follow Radicle’s SPICED sales process with rigor, ensuring high-quality discovery, qualification, and value alignment.
• Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene in Salesforce—updating stages, activities, and forecasts daily.
• Leverage Gong to review calls, identify deal risks, refine messaging, and coach yourself to higher performance.
• Deliver accurate 90-day forecasts with minimal variance.
• Stay current on regulatory drivers and trends in healthcare and human services to position Radicle’s solutions effectively.

• Closed $800K+ in new ARR.
• Personally sourced 60%+ of your pipeline.
